Direct Fulfillment Officer

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) helps customers manage, protect, and grow their wealth. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the IWPB team and contribute to achieving our business targets.

• Handle customer contacts through an outbound contact plan, managing multiple products and propositions. Provide high‑quality service to maximize customer satisfaction by offering solutions, resolving inquiries at first contact where possible, and ensuring resolution through research, follow‑up, or appropriate referrals. Own and achieve key performance indicators while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Deliver fair outcomes for customers, ensuring orderly and transparent market operations. The role requires meeting customers, collecting necessary documentation, and resolving discrepancies until the journey is completed. Mobility and flexibility may be required.
