**Maintenance Lead – 1st & 3rd Shift**
**Location:** Elgin, IL
**Pay:** $40-48 per hour based on experience
**1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
**3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

**Position Summary**
KELLY is seeking 1st and 3rd shift Maintenance Leads. This role is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance. This role coordinates work orders, supports preventive maintenance programs, and provides hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
