Direct Mail - Supplier Management

The Direct Mail Supplier & Expense Management team supports over 500 annual Direct Mail Campaigns for US Cards, Retail Bank, and Citi Retail Services by creating supplier capacity plans based on specifications, timing and cost. Estimates and job awards are automated and shared through a print buy software tool. Additionally, this team is responsible for cost reductions, production efficiency and other print driven initiatives. This team is also responsible for ensuring that all suppliers adhere to contractual terms as well as all required control, compliance, information security and SLA guidelines.
