**Overview:**
Lead the planning, design, and execution of direct marketing campaigns across mail, email, statements, and other 1-to-1 channels. This role drives omni-channel campaign coordination and works closely with business partners, analytics teams, and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness across Retail, Lending, Business Banking, Wealth, and Commercial lines.
