We are launching a new Personal Care business venture and are looking for an experienced Head of Direct Selling to build and lead our nationwide sales network.
This is a foundational leadership role responsible for designing the direct selling structure, building the reseller and distributor network, and driving sustainable revenue growth from the ground up.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head of Direct Selling will lead the strategy, structure, and expansion of our direct sales operations. This includes developing the compensation model, recruiting distributors, building training systems, and ensuring strong execution across territories.
