Direct Support Professional

Essential Job Functions:
•    Provide direct care to client’s based upon their needs as well as the client’s Individual Services Plan (ISP).
•    Coach/assist client with accomplishing routine tasks, housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, and personal care.
•    Coach/assist clients in the area of safety by performing routine fire and tornado drills, recognizing emergencies as well as responding as needed. 
•    Coach/assist client with day to day finances.
•    Assist client with access to available community activities, exercise, and maintaining relationships.
•    Assist clients with monitoring medical needs including scheduling, attending medical appointments, filling prescriptions, and self or delegated administration of medications or health related activities.&n...
