Life Skills & Transition Center - Grafton, ND - Direct Support Professional
**SIGN ON BONUS: $1,500 - $2,500**
No experience required; on-site training provided.
Work Shift: ROTATING SHIFTS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM/1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend, NIGHTS: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM, two weekends on and one off. Hours may vary to meet department needs. Must successfully complete an approved training program within the probationary period.
North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking Direct Support Professional(s) to connect with and assist persons residing at the in Grafton to complete daily living activities in order to be independent and transition to community providers.
Each day, you will assist the individuals to identify their goals for learning and practicing new skills, and what is important for them. Daily life activities may include personal hygiene tasks, work/job, recreation/leisu...
