About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Direct Tax Manager to lead and manage end-to-end income tax compliance and advisory for the organization. The role involves handling tax assessments, litigation support, regulatory coordination, and driving process improvements while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Tax Compliance & Advisory
- Lead and supervise income tax compliance for the group, ensuring timely and accurate filings
- Manage income tax assessments, notices, appeals, and litigation, including coordination with external consultants
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations
- Prepare and present monthly Direct Tax MIS/trackers for senior management and Audit Committee
