The Director of Food Services holds a strategic management position and is responsible for developing and implementing food service solutions tailored to customer needs and preferences. Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent supervises and manages food services where meals are prepared according to a set menu, ensuring operational standards are maintained, customer satisfaction is achieved, and food safety and quality standards are met.
