Responsibilities

Lead a team of project engineers supporting operations across all P&WC product family range. Define and achieve product requirements for various projects. Ensure product safety remains a top priority at all times. Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs such as weight, cost, and reliability while ensuring other requirements from other organizations are met. Lead the substantiation and validation activities to meet type certification requirements. Ensure commitments, budget tracking and resource planning are met. Qualifications

Engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of gas turbines from design, validation, and certification aspects acquired across at least one engineering discipline and at least one external assignment (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Customer Support).
