Job Description

The Associate Director, Pricing is a high‑visibility, portfolio‑wide strategic role at the center of how our Canadian market access function plans, operates, and executes. Reporting to the Director, Pricing Strategy, Contracting and Negotiation, this position serves as the core connective tissue between global pricing governance, health economics, and Canadian payer realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, evaluation and execution of national pricing strategies for early‑to‑late‑stage pipeline assets and lifecycle management of on‑market products.
• Partner closely with Global Pricing Teams and Global Commercial Teams to integrate Canadian commercial realities into global assumptions while aligning with corporate requirements and governance.
