**Job Requirement:**

+ 12+ years in BPO operations, Finance & Accounting services (Automotive domain added advantage)
+ 5+ years in senior leadership or director‑level roles, leading large-scale global operations of 700+ FTEs.
+ Strong experience in multi‑tower delivery, governance, contract negotiations, and operational excellence.
+ Deep expertise in digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and ERP/platform modernization ( SAP).
+ Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in managing RFP's, RFQ's, budgets, revenue, and profitability.
