Director, Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Acquisition to lead performance marketing initiatives across TelevisaUnivision’s streaming platforms. This role will be responsible for driving subscriber acquisition and growth through data-driven paid media strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, budget management, cross-functional execution, and analytics.

+ Own end-to-end paid media budget management, including annual and quarterly planning, monthly forecasting, and in-flight pacing across all performance channels.
