**Responsibilities**

+ Develop training materials (presentations, scripts, labs, assessments)
+ Break down complex AI topics into clear, concise modules (microlearning)
+ Design practical exercises and simulations tied to real workflows
+ Build step-by-step labs that teach users how to apply AI tools
+ Maintain and update training materials on a defined cadence
+ Retire outdated content as tools and policies evolve
+ Manage content within LMS or internal knowledge platforms

**Skills**

+ Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption or enablement programs.
+ Skilled at building learning paths, writing comms, and facilitating live sessions.
+ Familiarity with generative AI tools and enterprise governance basics preferred.
+ Excellent organization and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
