As the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation, you will bridge business and technology by crafting a roadmap that aligns with investment and operational strategies. This requires a minimum of 8 years' experience in technology strategy, alongside expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. Your leadership will shape both AI adoption and process efficiencies across the firm’s workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement a technology strategy that enhances business operations
• Optimize business processes through focused evaluations and redesigns
• Drive an AI strategy that meets compliance and operational needs
• Manage product roadmaps for internal platforms to ensure seamless experiences
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex solution integration
