About the Role: The Director role within the Field Alliances Operations team will be responsible for building and managing Field Alliances Operations theater team supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike Partner ecosystem and partnering with our Alliances leadership team. This role can be based from Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore. This position requires an individual who can balance strategy with tactical execution and who thrives in an extremely dynamic, rapidly evolving, fast paced work environment, often working under tight deadlines with changing requirements. The successful candidate will be an experienced field operations leader, capable of building and developing high performance teams in both hiring external and developing internal top talent.
