**What you’ll need to succeed as a Director, Artificial Intelligence at XPO:**

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 7 years of data science, operations research and/or software engineering experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a proven track record of building and deploying AI models.
+ 5+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams.
