Job Description

Lead and execute commercial strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales and OPEX targets
Drive revenue growth and expand the BioProduction customer base in Japan
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
Lead, develop, and inspire a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and technical professionals
Communicate business performance and insights clearly to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, QA/RA, FP&A, Operations, and Legal teams
Provide commercial input into new product development and regional go-to-market strategies
Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field preferred
