  Job Summary 
  .   Collaborate with the executive team to understand the company's strategic priorities 
  Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Finance, Marketing, and Brand) to define Langham's unique positioning for The Langham Branded Residences 
  Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for branded residences 
  Build relationships to capitalize on deal flow 
  Conduct due diligence and present opportunities 
  Monitor industry trends and represent Langham at luxury events
