What you’ll do

• Lead and continuously develop the Business Control teams across UPM Fibres Finland Operations, covering Pulp, Forest and Timber.
• Be a member of the UPM Fibres Finland Operations management team.
• Provide forward‑looking financial insight to support business steering, performance improvement and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead performance monitoring, financial forecasting, budgeting and target‑setting processes across the business area.
