Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven **Director, Business Development** to drive net new logo acquisition in the financial services industry across North America. This is a pure new revenue role focused exclusively on generating new business and expanding EPAM’s footprint with new clients.

+ Identify, pursue, and close net new business opportunities within the financial services sector, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
+ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to win new logos, leveraging EPAM’s digital, cloud, data, and engineering capabilities
