Lead and scale regional business development opportunities across the Medical Devices portfolio, covering distribution and commercial outsourcing models. Define and execute the regional Business Development strategy across the full opportunity lifecycle—including lead identification and validation, value proposition design, proposal development, senior-level pitching, negotiation, and deal closure—while ensuring strong key account management with regional and global stakeholders.

Drive the evolution of a BD ecosystem by identifying and owning critical enablers such as governance, processes, capabilities, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
