Annual Salary Range: Range $102,000 to $155,000. Expected Hiring Range $120,000 to $140,000
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

Role Overview
The Director, Business Intelligence & Prospect Research provides strategic leadership for the Foundation’s data, analytics, and prospect development functions. This role is responsible for building and advancing an integrated approach to business intelligence and prospect research that enables data-informed decision-making and drives fundraising performance.
This position oversees the full lifecycle of prospect development—from identification and qualification through to portfolio optimization—while also establishing strong data governance, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the orga...
