Director Business Technology

The role of the Business Technology Director is highly strategic and will oversee multiple IT projects and programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:

• Program & Project Management: Lead complex IT programs and multiple projects, balancing scope, time, cost, quality, risks, and resources to deliver business-aligned outcomes.
• Strategy & Planning: Define and execute a clear IT portfolio strategy aligned with ALI’s business goals, anticipating future needs and technological advancements.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams aligned with organizational objectives.
• Financial & Risk Management: Manage budgets, develop sound business cases to maximize ROI, and proactively identify and mitigate project and program risks.
