Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and values driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Director, Commercial Law. The Director will play a key role in providing and facilitating commercial legal advice and services to Trans Mountain’s operations and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and strategic direction on corporate and commercial matters including negotiations, support for business development, partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Provide management and legal oversight of public disclosures as required.
• Provide legal support for all operational matters, including asset management, shipper services, information technology, land issues, contractual arrangements, and negotiations with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
