Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and values driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Director, Commercial Law. The Director will play a key role in providing and facilitating commercial legal advice and services to Trans Mountain’s operations and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance and strategic direction on corporate and commercial matters including negotiations, support for business development, partnerships, and joint ventures. Provide management and legal oversight of public disclosures as required. Provide legal support for all operational matters, including asset management, shipper services, information technology, land issues, contractual arrangements, and negotiations with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
