Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations team; establish clear performance metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals; plan capacity, technology roadmaps, and resource allocation
• Oversee PKI infrastructure, certificate lifecycle management, and related systems; adherence to SLAs and Standards
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures to support audit readiness; provide oversight of operations team and maintain KRI and KPIs
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Report on operational metrics to leadership; communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI, automation, tools, and best practices to optimize operations
