Leads all change management, communications and engagement efforts for the Chief Technology Officer. Ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

The Director plays a key role in aligning the Bank’s vision, strategy, and priorities by building and managing constructive relationships across senior leaders, driving critical deliverables and overseeing change management, communications and engagement activities.
