Fractional Head of Clinical Operations - Oncology Biotech | Europe Location: Europe-based (remote) Work Type: Freelance / Consulting (Fractional) FTE: 0.3-0.5 FTE (flexible) Industry: Oncology Biotech Start Date: Targeting Summer 2026 (aligned to planned trial initiation)
We are supporting an oncology-focused biotech preparing to initiate three European clinical trials later this year.
As they transition into multi-study execution, they are seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader to support on a fractional, strategy-led basis, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
This is a high-impact consulting mandate focused on ensuring operational readiness ahead of study start-up across Europe.
