Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a dynamic commercial insurance leader to elevate our Middle Market segment. This leadership role is responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and empowering a high‑performing team of Account Executives. The position is Hybrid and based in Surrey, BC, with travel as required.

Expected Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $126,900 to $162,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive annual short‑term incentive program.
