• Lead, guide, and develop a team of 25 professionals across Canada.
• Attract, retain, and foster professional development of top talent.
• Challenge the status quo and improve and maintain the tier 2 supervision program, managed program, and capital market compliance program.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance risk management, productivity, and operational efficiency, especially in process automation and work simplification.
