What you will bring

 Requirements:

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 20+ years relevant experience with significant project management experience.
  

• Experience in the construction of copper projects, including heap leach operations.

• Experience managing projects with budgets of USD $2 billion or higher.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

• Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior level management. Ability to persuade and influence others. Participative management style with a cooperative team approach.

Systems, Processes & Tools

• Expert understanding of broader systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to teach and help others. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools.
