Reporting to Deputy General Manager and oversees the management of construction of land and marine structure works including other associated works from planning throughout the implementation and specified deliverables.

Key Accountabilities

• Determine the objective and measures upon which the project will be evaluated and its completion within the cost and timeline.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
• Review detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Oversee the construction progress and construction issues, and highlight for appropriate solution.
• Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
