Director Corporate Communications

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area

This role will lead the company’s global communication strategy across the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Africa. This senior leader will shape the company narrative, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging that supports the company’s mission, business goals, and reputation.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute RAC’s global communications strategy in alignment with business goals. Partner with executive leadership to deliver clear, consistent messaging internally and externally.
