About The Role
As a Director within CIMB Investment Bank Berhad’s Corporate Finance team, you will lead the execution and delivery of complex advisory and corporate finance mandates, from pitch support through to completion. You will be the senior execution lead responsible for setting the transaction workplan, overseeing due diligence and execution deliverables, managing various stakeholders and external advisers, and driving key workstreams and decision points to closing.
