Director, Corporate FP&A - Capital

Position Summary

The Director of Corporate FP&A – Capital reports to the Vice President of Corporate FP&A and oversees the Enterprise’s >$2B capital investment portfolio. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end development of the Capital Plan, partnering with Corporate FP&A, Treasury, Real Estate and Divisional FP&A functions to support financial planning needs of the Enterprise’s operating and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Lead Enterprise Capital Investment planning processes, allocating capital funds to divisions and strategic areas and integrating capital spend with the enterprise annual financial plan.
• Manage the capital project approval process with Senior Real Estate and Finance executives, analyzing risk and opportunities to ensure high confidence in financial returns.
