Job Description As the Director, Credit Structures, you are a trusted strategic advisor and client‑facing credit professional responsible for delivering innovative wholesale credit solutions to Private Banking clients. Collaborating with Private Bankers, you will lead credit discovery, structuring, and completion of complex lending solutions to grow and deepen client relationships while ensuring credit and portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Client Experience: Lead credit discovery to provide best‑in‑class credit structuring expertise, understanding client needs (market competitiveness, financial position, risk profile, etc.), and analysing financial information. Mentor CRT members and peers to enhance credit capabilities.
