Director, CRM and Creative Development

We are seeking a Director, CRM & Creative Development to lead lifecycle marketing strategy and lower-funnel creative execution across our streaming business in the United States and Latin America.

This role will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through CRM channels while leading cross-functional collaboration between marketing, paid media, data, and creative teams.
