-Job description**Role purpose**Head of Currents Accounts.The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the current account business to achieve financial, operational, regulatory and strategy objectives.This includes overseeing the P&L to ensure profitability and reaching our yearly goals, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring that our products are competitive and aligned with customers' needs.The role is critical in reaching targeted EOP and Average balances and income goals while overseeing processes and controls related to account management, pricing strategies, and risk management.A key aspect will be identifying and capitalizing on opportunity areas, particularly in enhancing our digital originated accounts.
