Director, Data Acquisition

SUMMARY: This role will lead the data acquisition operations for the Resource Data Management (RDM) business, driving innovation through automation and AI while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role, situated in Operations, will be integral in setting the data acquisition strategy for the business, direct the data acquisition teams and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, improve data quality, and support RDM’s broader strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Play an integral role in defining and executing the electronic data acquisition strategy for the business, driving the transition from manual to automated, system-driven data ingestion models. Continuously improve data acquisition processes and technologies with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and the use of AI, OCR, APIs, EDI, and other automation tools where applicable.
