Director, Data Engineer

What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a Director – Data Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary data organization responsible for data engineering, data quality, and data governance capabilities across the bank. In addition to leading core data capabilities, this role will act as a Site Lead, responsible for building and developing a high‑performing local technology team while partnering closely with enterprise technology and business leadership. This leader will define and execute the data strategy for engineering, governance, and data quality, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data platforms that support analytics, regulatory reporting, and business operations in a highly regulated banking environment.
