Director, Data Engineer

Overview

What is the Opportunity? We are seeking a Director – Data Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary data organization responsible for data engineering, data quality, and data governance capabilities across the bank. In addition to leading core data capabilities, this role will act as a Site Lead , responsible for building and developing a high-performing local technology team while partnering closely with enterprise technology and business leadership. This leader will define and execute the data strategy for engineering, governance, and data quality , ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data platforms that support analytics, regulatory reporting, and business operations in a highly regulated banking environment.
