The Director, Data Factory Leader — Scent is a senior, cross-functional data leader responsible for data stewardship and quality across multiple domains (Product, Customer, R&D, Regulatory, Sales, etc.), ensuring compliance with IFF’s governance framework. This role will define stewardship operating models, enforce data quality rules, and leverage IFF’s technology ecosystem for governance, cataloging, and analytics.
