Director, Database Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Marketing, the Director, Database Marketing will manage end-to-end planning, creation, execution and reporting of direct marketing campaigns. This position will align the direct channel strategies to be consistent with the companys strategic marketing plans and meet overall growth, revenue and profitability objectives of the enterprise loyalty program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partners with other marketing leaders to deliver on the marketing plan and ensure cohesiveness across all marketing channels.
2. Leverages consumer insights to evolve creative execution and targeting strategies.
3. Directs and coordinates business planning to ensure the means for establishing short and long-range objectives are consistent with company directives.
