Oversees category, assortment, and supplier management direction across categories in a division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Economics; Master's degree highly desirable. 8+ years of progressive experience in category management, sourcing, and vendor negotiations, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.

This is what you will do in this role

Assess and define to be category roles based on performance and strategic relevance. Make any necessary adjustments to the tool (data sources, visualizations, KPIs, etc.). Develop data-driven category insights to understand performance and inform strategies. Layout a preliminary assortment plan at subcategory/plaza/cluster level.
