What is the opportunity? In this role, you will manage the Debit eCommerce portfolio and lead key payment-related strategic initiatives. You will provide strategic direction, understand client needs and channel preferences, maximize engagement, enhance competitiveness, and ensure robust risk management. You will hold P&L accountability for pricing, features, fees, profitability, and operational resilience.This is a critical “Win for Today” role within the Everyday Banking team, advancing Personal Banking’s Empower 2030 goals: Exceptional Value Propositions and Scale & Efficiency—supported by a prudent risk culture.
