Celestica Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven **Technical Leader** to manage **the Celestica Market-leading Hardware Solutions Design Team in Austin.** The Director will be at the forefront of the industry, leading the design and development of complex, **first-to-market** End-to-End Hardware Platform solutions, often involving experimental ASICs and prototypes across storage, compute, and networking. The successful candidate will lead a design and development group and will be responsible for engineering assignments related to hardware products as well as systems including development of new products, updates to existing products, or sustaining current products.
