Director, Distribution, Group Benefits

Overview

Reporting to the VP, Distribution for Group Benefits, the Director, Toronto Corporate Accounts plays a critical role in the success of our Group Benefits business. This leader oversees a team of Account Executives and Service Representatives responsible for managing some of the largest corporate clients in Canada and collaborates closely with key Advisor partners. This director drives regional sales performance, oversees and strengthens advisor and client partnerships, and advances our value proposition through strategic leadership, problem solving, and collaboration across the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Accountable for the strategic planning and overall management of the Toronto Corporate Accounts distribution team, including ownership of advisor and client relationships across the region.
• Deliver regional sales, persistency and profitability targets through the execution of annual and multi-year sales strategies.
