1. Lead Market Structure & Trading Initiatives

Lead complex market initiatives, including low-touch/electronic trading programmes across equities and listed derivatives.
Oversee full project lifecycle from ideation and business case development to implementation and post-launch optimisation.
Partner with trading desks to enhance execution capabilities, liquidity access, and competitiveness.

2. Drive Electronic & Low-Touch Trading Strategy

Design and implement automation strategies to increase low-touch flow, algorithmic execution, and STP.
Evaluate technologies to improve execution quality, latency, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with quants and technology teams on algorithm and smart order routing enhancements.

3. Deliver Cross-Functional Transformation
