Director - Electrical Sector Global

**At Eaton India Innovation Center, we are looking for a Director - Electrical Sector Global.**

**Job Summary:**

+ The purpose of this leadership role is to lead GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) and EMEA in EIIC (Eaton India Innovation Center) Engineering Organization, drive IoT platform strategy across & effectively insert them across the broader electrical sector (working with various EIIC divisional groups).
+ Work directly with regional general managers (including GEIS India and China GM) and drive additional growth in the region, drive re-use, common process and platforms across various EIIC groups and including EMEA site.
+ Drive stronger integration with the local research labs team (ERL India) and mature product insertions quicker.
+ The role needs to define product ownership and execution strategies for the identified product lines from the global GEIS organization (50% of global head count is in EIIC). This includes organization skill a...
